Grupo Lobe announces its entry into Alicante with a new development: Aqua Blanca Homes

The Lobe Group has announced on its website its new investment in the real estate sector of the Alicante capital, with the acquisition of a plot of 8,700 square meters in the PAU-5. It is specifically located on Calle Torero Luis Francisco Esplá.

Olivares Consultores advised them on the purchase of this land. The project, Aqua Blanca Homes, will be built in a high-demand area and will consist of 87 two- and three-bedroom homes, parking spaces, storage rooms and common areas with swimming pool, gardens and multipurpose spaces.

Grupo Lobe expressed its excitement about this new project and hopes to maintain and reinforce its commitment to energy efficiency and quality construction, creating sustainable homes.

The developer, in its 30 years of experience, has delivered more than 1,800 homes and is responsible for 41% of the certified surface area in Spain. To this end, it has the Passivhaus seal (it has also just certified the first VPO building in Spain with the Passivhaus Plus rating seal), which, in addition to certifying energy efficiency, also certifies the emission neutrality of its dwellings.
